Returns on Internet items can be made only within 30 days of Invoice for exchange or refund, no questions asked. Sale items are not returnable or refundable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
The customer must return the merchandise with the Packing List, the reason for the return, and if you would like an exchange or refund. For an exchange please enclose an explanation of what you would like us to send you. Any additional cost for an exchange of items can be paid either by PayPal Invoice or by credit card over the phone. Returns must be received in the item's original packaging (does not need to be sent back in the same shipping material) and in resalable condition. Product not in resalable condition will not be accepted. Tights are non-returnable once they have been tried on. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Special orders not listed on the Web Site are not returnable or refundable.
